Pre-release. Pinned exactly to OCCTSwift 4.0.0-beta.6, with OCCTSwiftInteraction 3.0.0-beta.6, OCCTSwiftMesh 1.7.6-beta.4 and OCCTSwiftIO 2.0.0-beta.4. A consumer only gets this by naming it.

beta.6 removes Apple simd from OCCTSwift public surface, so the two flatten4x4 helpers (import and inspect-assembly) now read Matrix4x4F.columnMajorElements; the emitted 16 floats are unchanged. pattern --kind circular with a partial --total-angle now lands its last copy at the angle (OCCTSwift beta.6 steps angle / (count - 1)); the default full circle is unchanged.
