1. Download cadze-v0.2.0-windows-x64.zip
2. Extract all files to a folder (keep all files together)
3. Run cadze.exe

• MOVE / COPY — select entities, then move or copy them
• ROTATE — rotate selected entities around pivot
• SCALE — scale selected entities from pivot
• New Drawing (Ctrl+N) — create a blank DXF canvas from File menu
• Default Opening Zoom — configurable in Settings (−500 to +500%)
• DWG support fixed — DWG files now open and render correctly
• Encoding fixed — Turkish and special characters display correctly
• 5 languages — English, Turkish, German, Chinese, Japanese
