DeepSeekGUI v1.2.1 将内嵌 DeepSeek Harness 从 0.2.0-rc.2 升至 0.2.1-rc.2，并收尾 v1.2.0 的已知问题。新增程序与数据整体搬家、归档会话时整理项目记忆；修复只读工作区的权限显示、非 Git 工作区的空状态，以及发行运行时里 fflate 与 fast-uri 的已知漏洞。

本次重点

整体搬家：程序和数据一起换位置

• 全新安装时会先问一次是否装到默认位置；选「否」再选一个父文件夹，程序装到 <父文件夹>\DeepSeekGUI\app，数据放在 <父文件夹>\DeepSeekGUI\dsh。升级和重新安装沿用已有位置。
• 已经装好的，菜单「数据位置…」→「整体搬到其他位置…」，选父文件夹并确认计划。DeepSeekGUI 使用与当前版本完全相同、经过产品名与版本号核对的安装包，把程序装到新位置，再把数据搬过去；会停止正在运行的会话，搬家前会提示。
• 优先使用安装器留在本机的安装包（%LOCALAPPDATA%\DeepSeekGUI\installer，卸载时删除），没有时按发布清单下载并核对大小与 SHA-256。
• 交接失败时停在交接之前，程序和数据都还能照常使用；桌面与开始菜单快捷方式在搬家后保留。
• 「只移动数据」仍然可用，两者的区别见「数据与故障排查」。

归档会话时整理项目记忆（可选）

• 「设置」里开启「归档时自动整理」后，归档一个会话时，DeepSeekGUI 用当前模型调用一次，把值得延续的内容整理几条写进项目记忆里带标记的自动整理区。
• 只给模型看对话正文，不给工具，也不继续对话里的任务；会产生一次模型调用的费用。太短的会话会跳过，也可以手动整理。
• 跨项目的偏好只列成建议，在「设置 → 全局记忆」里由你确认后才写入。自动整理区的内容可以直接修改或删除，标「待核实」的是对话里没有明确确认的内容。
• 首次开启前会说明用途与费用，点「知道了」之前不会自动整理。

新增与优化

内嵌 Harness 0.2.1-rc.2

本版承接官方共享运行时与 Web 界面的改进，主要包括：

• 模型名显示为 DeepSeek V4.1 Flash，并沿用官方的 1017 版本标识；接口名仍为 deepseek-flash，已选的模型无需改动。
• 新增 DeepSeek Search / Fetch 接口的设置开关（默认关闭，仍使用原有消息内搜索）；辅助搜索请求不再开启思考。
• 账号登录时的模型列表随账号更新；列表读取失败时回到随包目录。
• 已发送消息中的密钥会打码显示。
• 「设置」移入左下角的账号菜单。
• 改善流式回复卡住、重启后会话续接、历史消息兼容、切换会话时的空白与跳动；字号与界面缩放分开设置，支持 Ctrl 缩放。
• 工具调用准备阶段显示进度；目标与计划支持多行和中文输入；新增 /compact。
• 插件依赖同步与热重载、子智能体单独预设、Markdown 文件的 YAML 头预览、语音输入可选麦克风。
• Windows 上持久 PowerShell 卡住、终端退出后进程未清理的问题已修复；终端改用 node-pty 随包的控制台宿主。

DeepSeekGUI 使用自己的桌面壳和更新通道。完整上游变更见 0.2.1-rc.1 与 0.2.1-rc.2。

没有随版启用的上游功能

• 开发者工具、思考过程机器翻译（会把思考原文发给第三方翻译服务）、自定义插件市场、Git 工作树四个可选组合包不在插件页提供；「添加插件」菜单里的「创建插件」入口不提供。开发者工具组合包不随安装包分发。
• 不读取其他 AI 工具共用的 ~/.agents/AGENTS.md，全局规则仍只来自 Harness Home 里的 AGENTS.md。
• 官方桌面产品统计仍未接入；开发者模式仍默认关闭，统一控制会话日志、插件清单与反馈上传。

问题修复

• Office 文档处理的解压依赖已更新。 v1.2.0 随包的 LibreOffice Kit 带有 fflate 0.8.2，其 unzipSync 遇畸形 ZIP64 输入可能无限循环（GHSA-px8p-9vwx-vf98）。本版在源码工作区与桌面运行时两处固定为 0.8.3，打包时核对锁文件。
• 发行运行时的 fast-uri 升至 3.1.8（GHSA-hrr3-gc8f-f4qj）。v1.2.0 的运行时实际仍是 3.1.7；打包脚本现在按实际解析到的副本核对覆盖规则，并在任何必需依赖缺失时直接失败。
• 只读工作区的权限选择器显示与实际一致。 用户目录、磁盘根目录、系统与应用目录以及 DeepSeekGUI 自己的代码执行时一直按只读，此前选择器仍显示「工作区内修改」；现在会话如实记为只读，切换到更宽权限会被拒绝并说明原因。
• 非 Git 工作区显示正常的空状态。 普通文件夹里的「改动」和「Git」页提示当前工作区不是 Git 仓库，不再显示读取失败；仓库损坏、权限不足、Git 无法运行等真实失败仍显示具体原因。
• 本机端口被系统保留时仍能启动。 3080 端口落在 Windows（Hyper-V / WinNAT）保留范围内时，自动改用系统分配的空闲端口；平时仍使用 3080，界面本地存储不受影响。
• 随包运行时补齐 node-pty 与 pi-ai 的修补。 此前安装包里的运行时没有打上仓库的依赖修补；现在 Windows 终端退出后的清理与流式工具参数解析的修补都随安装包生效，版本不符时构建失败。
• 搬家助手改经 WMI 启动，修复从资源管理器启动的应用里助手无声退出、搬家不执行的问题；搬家后放回的快捷方式使用正确图标。

文档

• 「数据与故障排查」新增「留存你的数据」：会话、附件、记忆与规则、设置与插件、技能、密钥分别在哪里，怎样整体复制，怎样按三种 Home 恢复到同一版本，以及会话日志 ZIP 与 Markdown 导出各包含什么。新增整体搬家一节。

升级说明

• 实际内嵌 DSH 为 0.2.1-rc.2。仍按当前用户安装；覆盖安装或应用内更新保留会话、设置、凭据和记忆。
• Harness 首次启动时会把 Home 里旧的 settings.yaml 导入当前配置并改名为 settings.yaml.imported（官方行为，0.1.7 起就有），原文件内容保留。
• 第三方模型适配更新至 pi-ai 1.1.0，部分模型 ID 可能变化，已保存的选择可能需要重新选择。
• 本版完成类型、lint、单元测试与打包态 e2e（安装包驱动的权限、验收、诊断、更新等用例全部通过），并在测试安装包上完成一轮真实项目开发使用。需要真实 API 密钥的 e2e 本次未运行；Linux AppImage 本次未更新，仍为 v1.2.0。

已知问题

• Windows 内置 Administrator 账户无法运行 Microsoft Store 应用；只装了商店版 PowerShell 7 的此类账户，PowerShell 工具可能无法启动，可安装官方 MSI 版 PowerShell 7 或使用 Windows PowerShell 5.1。
• 归档整理与整体搬家为本版新增功能，建议先在不重要的项目上试用。

下载与校验

• Windows：DeepSeekGUI-Setup-1.2.1.exe（Windows 10/11，x64），安装前可与 SHA256SUMS.txt 核对。
• Linux：本版暂未发布新的 AppImage，见 v1.2.0-linux.1。

DeepSeekGUI v1.2.1 updates the embedded DeepSeek Harness from 0.2.0-rc.2 to 0.2.1-rc.2 and wraps up the known issues of v1.2.0. It adds moving the program and its data together, and tidying project memory when a session is archived; it fixes the permission display in read-only workspaces, the empty state in non-Git workspaces, and known vulnerabilities in the shipped runtime's fflate and fast-uri.

Highlights

Move the program and its data together

• A fresh install first asks whether to use the default location; choose No, then pick a parent folder: the program goes to <parent>\DeepSeekGUI\app and the data to <parent>\DeepSeekGUI\dsh. Upgrades and reinstalls keep the existing location.
• For an existing install, use the menu's Data location… → Move everything to another location…, pick a parent folder and confirm the plan. DeepSeekGUI installs the program at the new location from an installer identical to the current version, checked by product name and version, then moves the data. Running sessions are stopped; you are told before the move.
• The installer kept on this machine (%LOCALAPPDATA%\DeepSeekGUI\installer, removed on uninstall) is used first; otherwise one is downloaded from the release manifest and checked by size and SHA-256.
• If the hand-off fails, it stops before the hand-off and the program and data keep working; desktop and Start-menu shortcuts are kept after the move.
• Move data only is still available; "Data and troubleshooting" explains the difference.

Tidy project memory when a session is archived (optional)

• With Tidy on archive turned on in Settings, archiving a session makes one call to the current model and writes a few entries worth carrying forward into a marked auto-tidy area of the project memory.
• The model only sees the conversation text, gets no tools, and does not continue the session's tasks; the call is billed as usual. Short sessions are skipped, and you can tidy by hand.
• Cross-project preferences are only listed as suggestions and written after you confirm them in Settings → Global memory. You can edit or delete the auto-tidy area directly; entries marked "to verify" were not clearly confirmed in the conversation.
• Before it is first turned on, the purpose and cost are explained, and nothing is tidied until you click Got it.

Additions and improvements

Embedded Harness 0.2.1-rc.2

This release carries the official shared runtime and Web UI improvements, including:

• The model shows as DeepSeek V4.1 Flash with the official 1017 version label; the API name is still deepseek-flash, so saved selections need no change.
• A settings switch for the DeepSeek Search / Fetch APIs (off by default; the existing in-message search stays); auxiliary search requests no longer enable thinking.
• With an account signed in, the model list follows the account and falls back to the bundled catalog when it cannot be read.
• Keys in sent messages are masked.
• Settings moved into the account menu at the bottom left.
• Fixes for stalled streaming, resuming sessions after a restart, history compatibility, and blank or jumping views when switching sessions; text size and interface zoom are set separately, with Ctrl zoom.
• Tool calls show progress while they are prepared; goals and plans accept multiple lines and Chinese input; /compact is added.
• Plugin dependency sync and hot reload, per-subagent presets, YAML front matter preview for Markdown files, and microphone selection for voice input.
• Persistent PowerShell hangs and processes left behind after a terminal exits are fixed on Windows; terminals use node-pty's bundled console host.

DeepSeekGUI uses its own desktop shell and update channel. See 0.2.1-rc.1 and 0.2.1-rc.2 for the complete upstream changes.

Upstream features not enabled in this release

• The developer tools, reasoning machine translation (which sends the reasoning text to a third-party translation service), custom plugin market and Git worktree optional bundles are not offered on the plugin page, and the Add plugin menu's Create plugin entry is not offered. The developer tools bundle is not shipped in the installer.
• The ~/.agents/AGENTS.md shared by other AI tools is not read; global rules still come only from AGENTS.md in the Harness Home.
• The official desktop product analytics are still not connected; Developer mode stays off by default and governs session-log, plugin-list and feedback uploads.

Fixes

• The decompression dependency of Office document processing is updated. v1.2.0 shipped LibreOffice Kit with fflate 0.8.2, whose unzipSync can loop forever on malformed ZIP64 input (GHSA-px8p-9vwx-vf98). This release pins 0.8.3 in both the source workspace and the desktop runtime, and the build checks the lockfile.
• fast-uri in the shipped runtime is updated to 3.1.8 (GHSA-hrr3-gc8f-f4qj). The v1.2.0 runtime still carried 3.1.7; the build script now checks overrides against the copy each package actually resolves, and fails when any required dependency is missing.
• The permission picker matches what is enforced in read-only workspaces. The home directory, drive roots, system and application folders, and DeepSeekGUI's own code always ran read-only, while the picker still showed Workspace Write; sessions now record read-only, and switching to a wider mode is refused with the reason.
• Non-Git workspaces show a proper empty state. In an ordinary folder, Changes and Git say the workspace is not a Git repository instead of a read failure; a damaged repository, missing permission, or a Git that cannot run still shows the specific reason.
• Starts when the local port is reserved by the system. When port 3080 falls inside a range reserved by Windows (Hyper-V / WinNAT), a free port assigned by the system is used instead; 3080 is still used otherwise, so the interface's local storage is unaffected.
• The shipped runtime now carries the node-pty and pi-ai patches. The installer's runtime previously did not apply the repository's dependency patches; the Windows terminal exit cleanup and the streamed tool-argument parsing fix now ship, and the build fails on a version mismatch.
• The move helper is started through WMI, fixing a helper that exited silently when the app was launched from File Explorer; shortcuts put back after a move use the right icon.

Documentation

• "Data and troubleshooting" gains "Keep your data": where sessions, attachments, memory and rules, settings and plugins, skills, and keys live; how to copy everything; how to restore into the same version for the three kinds of Home; and what the session-log ZIP and the Markdown export contain. A section on moving everything is added.

Upgrade notes

• The embedded DSH is 0.2.1-rc.2. The release still installs per user; an in-place install or in-app update keeps sessions, settings, credentials and memory.
• On first start the Harness imports an old settings.yaml in the Home into the current profile and renames it settings.yaml.imported (official behavior since 0.1.7); the original content is kept.
• Third-party model support is updated to pi-ai 1.1.0; some model IDs may change, and a saved selection may need to be chosen again.
• This release passed type checks, lint, unit tests and the packaged e2e suite (all installer-driven permission, acceptance, diagnostics and update cases), and was used for a round of real project development on a test installer. The e2e cases that need a real API key were not run this time; the Linux AppImage is not updated and remains v1.2.0.

Known issues

• The built-in Windows Administrator account cannot run Microsoft Store apps; on such an account with only the Store edition of PowerShell 7, the PowerShell tool may fail to start. Install the official MSI edition of PowerShell 7, or use Windows PowerShell 5.1.
• Tidy on archive and moving everything are new in this release; try them on a project that is not important first.

• Linux: no new AppImage in this release; see v1.2.0-linux.1.
