No—not through the exposed header on the stock ReSpeaker Mic Array v3.0.

The schematic confirms that the header pins marked NC are electrically unconnected. Although signals named I2S_BCLK, I2S_LRCK, I2S_DAC_DATA and MCLK exist internally, they connect the XVF3000 to the onboard TLV320AIC3104 codec and are not routed to the expansion header. This internal bus is also not documented as carrying the processed microphone output for an external host.

Therefore:

• You cannot directly wire the header to an ESP32 I2S interface.
• Accessing internal I2S would require soldering to internal nets and potentially modifying the XVF3000 firmware; this is unsupported and not guaranteed to provide processed microphone audio.
• For ESP32 integration, use an ESP32-S3 as a USB host with the board’s UAC 1.0 interface, or choose ReSpeaker XVF3800/Flex with the dedicated I2S firmware.

I don't want to purchase another respeaker xvf3800 board at this time, but I will definitely try to connect esp32 s3 as usb host with boards uac 1.0 interface,
