• Home — today's tasks with progress and quick add, calendar preview with upcoming deadlines, recent pages, boards and a single Create menu.
• Wiki with a visual Markdown editor (Studio) — slash commands, bubble menu, block handles, [[wiki links]], callouts, tabs, steps, cards, tables, math, Mermaid diagrams and charts; switch to Code or Split at any time, untouched lines stay byte-identical.
• Tasks — plain - [ ] lines with due:, priority:, status:, repeat:, #tags and @people; Today, Upcoming, Overdue, Inbox lists, filters, grouping, saved views and a table layout; daily notes and recurring tasks.
• Kanban boards — any number of boards, each a Markdown file with its own columns, colors and completed column; drag and drop, inline editing, swimlanes.
• Kanban inside pages — a live board of a page's tasks; drag cards or use Alt+←/→ and the task lines update.

• Jupyter notebooks — preview saved outputs without a kernel, embed notebooks in pages, run cells with a built-in Python kernel or the Jupyter extension.
• API client — requests with params, headers, bodies, auth (API key, Basic, Bearer, OAuth 2.0 with PKCE), tests and request chaining; collections as Git-friendly JSON; environments with secrets in VS Code's secret storage; history.
• curl and Python — paste a curl command to fill in a request; convert any request to curl or Python requests.
• Interactive API docs — ```http blocks in pages that readers send with one click (never automatically); OpenAPI import and reference pages.
• Charts and data dashboards — accessible charts from CSV/JSON; dashboards over Excel, CSV and JSON files with a safe formula language.
• Reader and publishing — themed reader with search, outline and backlinks; static website, PDF and EPUB export.
• Knowledge tools — content health report, advanced search, link graph, page history from Git, translations, versions and review comments.
• Wiki management — remove a wiki from NoteSpace without touching its files, or delete its files with explicit confirmation; rename, description, icon, color, default wiki.
• Local-first and private — everything is stored as files in your workspace; no account, no server, no telemetry.
