Simplified CCB Mobile Onboarding

• One-Command Mobile Setup: ccb update mobile now checks Tailscale,
  optionally guides install/login, starts the server-wide loopback mobile
  gateway, starts Tailscale Serve, and prints a terminal pairing QR directly.
• Phone First Launch Simplified: CCB Mobile now opens to setup guidance,
  Tailscale download instructions, and a QR scan action when no pairing profile
  is stored, instead of defaulting ordinary users into the demo project.
• Stored Pairing Auto-Activation: when a saved gateway profile exists, the
  app activates it on launch and opens the server-wide mounted project list.
• Release Surface Synchronized: VERSION, package metadata, mobile app
  version metadata, README links, workflow defaults, and APK download URLs are
  aligned for 8.0.1.
