App update (CORE_Blackwell-Ops-App-v*.7z)

Lean portable pack (~5 MB) - UI, core templates, plugin catalog, bundled 7z.

Refreshes the engine catalog (Tom TQ, bee-llama, etc.) - install optional engines from Config - UPDATES. They appear in PROVIDERS after download.

How to apply: in-app UPDATE menu (download, extract, restart). Keeps existing engines under runtime/.

First install? Use Full install (CORE_*Setup*.exe) from Updates catalog.
