Error : couldn't communicate with a helper application

Summary

Error message " couldn't communicate with a helper application " every time i like to add a site to block. I cannot start block timer.

Background Info

SelfControl version?
macOS version? MacOS Montery 12.2.1
Do you use a VPN/proxy, and if so which one? NO
Has this ever worked for you on a prior version of SelfControl? If so, when?
Any other special system setup we should know about? /

How Do We Reproduce This Issue?

Open the app
Click on "Add to blocklist", type website name you want to black , click on enter

What Should Have Happened?

Website would have been addes to blocklist

What Actually Happened Instead?

Error message appears "Couldn't communicate with a helper application"

There is easy fix:
Download AppCleaner install, drag and drop Self Copntroll and remove everything, install again -> WROKS AGAIN.

I tried this many times but it still had the same problems.

True it worked just once .. then again .. I can repeat it by installing old version and it works always just for once for one time block.. then broken...

I have removed and unistalled everything. Then installed it again, and it still doesn't work :(
Any other options ?

You can debug a bit yourself. Try on "Console" app and filter by "selfcontrol" and see what log entries you get when that error showed up.
