Add progressive reveal tooling to improve documentation discoverability and utility. Enables users to explore 29 documentation files incrementally at their own pace.

New files:

  • DOCUMENT_EXPLORER_GUIDE.md: Complete guide for progressive doc exploration

    • 4 revelation levels (metadata → structure → preview → full)
    • Persona-specific journeys (new users, developers, decision-makers, researchers)
    • Common workflows and usage examples
    • Complete 29-file documentation inventory
  • scripts/explore_docs.sh: Automated exploration script

    • 7 categories (essential, developer, features, strategic, security, spec, meta)
    • Configurable revelation levels (0-3)
    • Colored output with clear navigation
    • Help system with examples
  • DOCUMENTATION_ORGANIZATION_SUMMARY.md: Implementation summary

    • Complete overview of all documentation organization work
    • Usage examples and testing results
    • Metrics and success criteria

Modified files:

  • README.md: Add Progressive Reveal CLI section to Quick Start
    • Installation instructions
    • Basic usage examples
    • Link to complete explorer guide

Benefits:

  • Improved discoverability: Clear paths for different user personas
  • Reduced cognitive load: Progressive revelation prevents information overload
  • Better for AI/LLM context: Minimal token usage with level 0/1
  • Systematic exploration: Automated script for comprehensive review
  • Enhanced developer UX: Fast, powerful tools with grep filtering

The Progressive Reveal CLI tool (already in tools/progressive-reveal-cli) is now fully documented and integrated into the documentation workflow.
