What's Changed

-Fixed multiple issues regarding stability in the file system, and resolved issue with devices only filling up to ~.66 storage only. The size of the files generated are now at 2Mb.
-Added new Characteristic C943, which reports the total device uptime (which could be useful for detecting a crash or complete battery drain, since it changes back to zero upon any of these events)
-Provided that the protocol is followed, files will now report the exact date they were created, in Mountain Time (MT, so your guys time.)
-In both ppg and accel files, the time is now a viewable column (again, provided the protocol is followed this will be second accurate)
-File system is now readonly when plugged into usb, to prevent any tampering or accidental writing to the file system (this fix is at the disk level, not the file system level, so you will not see windows recognize it as readonly, but just know that it works under the hood)
-Increased blueooth transmission power and increased disconnection timeout amount to allow for a more stable connection (This is different from the previous bluetooth update, andI did not have any issues on my end with this, but please let me know if you experience latency issues like before and I can immediately recert back)
-The Charging state (whether the device is charging or not) is now viewable on the state machine characteristic, as the sixth byte
-The data extraction script has also undergone a few fixes causing extraction to fail, and has been adjusted to extract the new time column that the devices report.
-Temporarily removed the redundant characters uuid file.
Made enabling and disabling into a state machine, disallowing multiple enables or disables from even being able to execute if they are not different from the current state
disallowed being able to enable collection when low battery was present. previously if this was done the device would turn on and then quickly, off, it now will not even allow to be turned on.
