v1.0.0 YAMS with auto go-around

We’re excited to introduce this beta release of MotionSenSE, which brings a complete refresh to the data collection workflow.

🔧 What’s New:

• Core functionality refactored: Device scanning and start/stop collection operations are now handled through synchronous calls
• ⭐Auto-reconnect support: If a Bluetooth connection drops during a session, the system will now automatically attempt to reconnect
• Time synchronization with Lab Streaming Layer (LSL) remains fully supported
• MotionSenSE control has replaced "Bluetooth scanner", which will be removed in future release

This beta aims to improve stability and robustness across key workflows while maintaining the commonality with existing toolchains.
