v1.1.1 LSL stream tweak & experimental data extraction

We're rolling out v1.1.1, a maintenance update that includes minor improvements to the core system along with an experimental feature for data extraction.

🔧 Changes & Improvements:

• 🧩 Minor LSL Update: Adjustments to the Lab Streaming Layer (LSL) metadata for improved compatibility with downstream tools, including changes in data type and streaming rate
• 📄 Improved Logging Behavior: Misc changes in data logging, including the flow and type of information being saved
• 🧪 Experimental: Data Extraction Pro
  A new tool that allows users to extract structured data directly from a ZIP file downloaded via the Data Download feature — no manual unpacking required.

💡 “Data Extraction Pro” is experimental and may change in future updates. Feedback is welcome!
