FollowerForge 3.7.4 — tint that saves, and the Whiterun plaza

FollowerForge 3.7.4 keeps a face tint that 3.7.3 could still drop, lists head meshes that live under Exported or Presets, and places a follower who has no chosen location on the Whiterun plaza. No new follower features. Followers you already installed stay as they are until you rebuild them. No FormIDs were touched.

Fixed

• FACEGEN_TINT_NOT_SET after 3.7.3 aimed at the right slot. Some exported heads list fewer than nine textures. The tint write was thrown away because the list was shorter than slot 6. The list is now extended to nine slots and the tint is written on slot 6. A specular map already on slot 7 is left alone.
• An empty face list when the mesh is only in Exported or Presets. Those folders were read for the preset text. A head mesh that lives only there is now listed once. An empty list names the folders that were scanned.
• A build that skipped the head mesh when the tint path could not be named. The mesh is copied anyway. The face line says the mesh was copied and the tint path was left as exported. Ctrl+F4 still does not include a RaceMenu sculpt.
• Running in place, or vanishing after a cell change, when no location was picked. The built-in Whiterun spot was about 4100 units past the Gildergreen, off the city. She now stands on the plaza in front of that tree. A location you picked yourself is unchanged. Sandbox and follow packages were not changed.

Not in this build

• One download that contains several followers.
• A Fallout 4 version.
• GitHub #2 (hair that fills the room). That was not a bad head-part id.

Verification

• 532 Release tests passed locally and on GitHub CI for 77e6b0b. CI tested snapshot FollowerForge 3.7.4. CodeQL (C# and Actions) succeeded on that same commit.
• Both shipped exes report FileVersion 3.7.4.0. The published exe stayed up through the boot check.
• In-game appearance was not checked. Rebuild a follower to pick up the new Whiterun spot.
