What's new in 26.0729.0134

The interface now speaks 13 languages - English, Russian, Ukrainian, German, Italian, Spanish,
French, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu and Chinese.

• It follows your Windows language on its own. Override it with -ui-lang <code> on the command line,
  or with the language selector in the app window and in the browser extension.
• Arabic and Urdu lay the interface out right to left.
• The interface language never changes the language of the document you convert. A converted page
  keeps the book's own language, so the browser still offers to translate it - that offer is the whole
  point of the free workflow, and it stays intact in every one of the 13 languages.

Everything around the app moved with it:

• The installer speaks 8 languages (Arabic, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu and Chinese have no official Inno
  translation and fall back to English in the installer only).
• The site has a complete page in each of the 13 languages, plus a sitemap and hreflang so search
  engines can find them.
• The readme is now available in Russian and Ukrainian as well.
• The Microsoft Store and winget listings carry per-language descriptions.

Ten of the thirteen translations are machine-made and not proofread - English, Russian and Ukrainian are
author-proofread. Corrections are welcome at sza@ukr.net.

• doc-html-translate-setup-<version>.exe - universal installer (x86 + x64, per-user, no admin).
  The easiest option: installs the GUI + CLI, with optional "Open with", right-click "Convert to HTML"
  and browser-extension tasks.
