• Adds a server browser and ability to host own public or private game.
  I'll try to keep 1 or 2 public dedicated servers running. Note if hosting, you still have to forward ports to allow friends to join your game!
• Support Lethamyr's SM64 custom map.
  More custom maps may be added in the future, but each one will have to be manually supported.
