Pinball FX3 - 1.3.0

This is an important release to make sure the implementation keeps working in the wake of Zen Studio's decision to rebrand of Pinball FX3 to Pinball FX Classic. The executable was modified and renamed (Pinball FX3.exe -> Pinball FX Classic.exe), which could have spelled disaster, but thankfully the pointer chains are still working, so the APWorld just needed to look for the new executable.

Note: I will NOT be renaming everything to accommodate said rebrand. It shall remain Pinball FX3 in our hearts forever
