If you cheer using GUI or enter 'Cheer100', it enters the cheer into chat with animated cheer emote. If you type 'cheer100' into chat (with lowercase 'C'), this does not show the animated cheer emote. I haven't checked the other ones (e.g. 'uni100'), but I'd assume the bug affects those too.
