v1.7.2: inputs and outputs the right way round

Every menu now says which way round a device goes.

Inputs and outputs read the right way round. VoiceMeeter and VB-CABLE name their devices
from their own side: "Voicemeeter Input" and "CABLE Input" are where you play into them, so to
Windows they are playback devices, and "Voicemeeter Out B1" or "CABLE Output" are recording
devices. LoopIt7 listed them where Windows puts them, which made them look like they were in the
wrong menu. Add source now lists Recording devices and Add output lists Playback devices, and
the line under each virtual device says what it does in LoopIt7: "plays into VoiceMeeter",
"records what VoiceMeeter sends out". Loopback taps sit under What an output is playing.

Add cable goes one way per row. Each cable is listed once for each direction, named after the
end the other program picks. Under In, the end a program plays into, such as CABLE Input, adds
a source. Under Out, the end a program records from, such as CABLE Output, adds an output. An
Input can no longer be added as an output, and an output box made from a cable is named after
the end the other program records from.

Includes everything in 1.7.1: setup always offers Virtual Audio Cable, and uninstalling gives a
renamed cable its original name back.
