What's New in 0.98

Streamlined Action YAMLs

All 58 action descriptions have been trimmed — verbose examples and redundant PARAMS blocks removed. Actions now carry concise, focused descriptions that reduce prompt bloat and improve LLM action selection accuracy.

OrphanCleanup System

New native C++ module that prevents stale follower/travel LinkedRef keywords from persisting after unexpected state changes. Uses an InputEvent heartbeat with ProcessLists scanning to detect and clean orphaned references automatically. Integrated into the follow and travel Papyrus systems with proper register/unregister lifecycle tracking.

Enhanced Action Selector

The action selector prompt (optional FOMOD module) has been upgraded from a single anti-duplicate fix to a full replacement optimized for SeverActions' streamlined YAMLs. Now displays parameter schemas inline, reads the full player-NPC exchange, and enforces one-action-per-turn with player-intent and implicit-agreement guidelines.

Parameter Schema Fix

Re-added parameterSchema to action listings after the LLM began inventing parameter names (e.g. recipient instead of akTarget). The schema provides compact type hints like {"akTarget": "string", "itemName": "string"} so the LLM uses correct parameter names without needing verbose examples.

Outfit Actions Renamed

EquipItems → EquipArmor, UnequipItems → UnequipArmor. Consolidated from 4 separate actions down to 2. Clearer naming improves LLM comprehension of what these actions do.

Fertility Prompt Update

Cycle states (ovulating, PMS, menstruating) now vary descriptions based on cycle day for more realistic progression — menstruation day 1 reads very differently from day 5, PMS ramps up toward the end. Roleplay guidance condensed for less prompt overhead.

Dialogue Rules Prompt Removed

The anti-echo dialogue rules prompt (0600) has been retired — no longer needed with current action handling.
