0zk private wallet

• Simplified the action row to Shield in, Shield out, and Private send.
• Added fixed-recipient Shield out: 0zk USDT can deliver public USDT or native ETH, and 0zk ETH delivers native ETH, always to the active profile's public Ethereum address.
• Made the entered Shield-out amount the total spend limit, reserving broadcaster and protocol fees inside it so near-maximum withdrawals do not fail at review or submission.
• Stabilized broadcaster selection and fee calculation, including WETH-first and USDT fallback fee payment where supported.
• Repaired Waku startup/reconnect behavior, broadcaster peer discovery, RAILGUN scan recovery, RPC failover, withdrawal activity reads, and settlement tracking.
• Fixed repeated 50% Sync incomplete loops, false broadcaster-unavailable errors, and completed operations remaining pending.

Swaps and bridges

• Repaired Mayan Ethereum source transactions that could remain pending until expiry.

Highlights:

• Windows-first self-custody wallet with 25 built-in mainnet networks.

• Installed builds now check this repository's GitHub Releases feed for future updates.
