First beta of Bugdom for standalone VR headsets, running natively via OpenXR.

Tested: Meta Quest 3
Should work, untested: Quest 2 / Pro / 3S, Pico 4 / Neo 3

Install

  1. Enable developer mode, connect the headset via USB
  2. adb install -r Bugdom-VR-1.3.5-beta1.apk
  3. App Library -> Unknown Sources -> Bugdom

Controls

  • Left stick: move 路 Right stick: snap turn
  • Hold right stick click 1 s: recenter (forward + eye height)
  • A jump 路 B ball 路 X / right trigger kick 路 Y buddy 路 Menu pause
  • Right controller laser: point & click in menus

What's in this beta

  • Stereo 3D with level-horizon chase camera
  • Auto recenter on start + manual recenter
  • Correct colors (sRGB, no washed-out look)
  • In-game HUD bars moved toward the edges of view
  • Pico controller support (untested)
