UrbanTerror4-VR 1.0.0

First release of UrbanTerror4-VR: Urban Terror 4.3 as a standalone 6DoF VR game for Meta Quest (tested on Quest 3). The same APK should also run on PICO 4 / Neo 3, but it is not tested on PICO yet.

Based on Team Beef's ioq3quest, with QuakeQuest-style VR.

Install

1. Install UrbanTerror4-VR-v1.0.0.apk with SideQuest or adb install -r UrbanTerror4-VR-v1.0.0.apk.
2. Start it from the library (Unknown Sources) and allow file access.
3. On the first start press I agree - download and install. The app downloads the free Urban Terror 4.3.4 game data (1.4 GB) from FrozenSand's official server, checks it and installs it to /sdcard/UrTQuest/q3ut4. You need about 3 GB of free space while it installs. If you already have Urban Terror 4.3, you can copy its q3ut4 folder there instead.

The game data is not included in this APK. Urban Terror is made and owned by FrozenSand.

Features

• Head tracking, real eye height, aiming with the right controller and a 3D crosshair.
• Visible hands: the right hand holds the gun and the left arm follows the left controller.
• HUD on a panel that follows your view.
• Menus on a curved screen with a laser pointer.
• Virtual keyboard for the player name, passwords and chat.
• Online play through Urban Terror's master servers. Servers that need an Urban Terror account login are not supported yet.
• Offline games with bots.
