1.7.1 — settings page actually loads

Fixes the bundle settings page never appearing: dsh-client-modules composes a client bundle only from a loader row whose module specifier is the exact package name, so the page now has a no-op carrier row (@local/dsh-browser-mode).

1.7.0 — browser source settings page

Pick the browser on the bundle's page in the plugins view: Edge (default), Playwright's bundled Chromium, or an existing browser over CDP, plus an optional executable override and a headless switch.

The page writes through the same state file as the browser_source tool, so switching from either place stays in sync.

v1.6.4 — no cold-start race

• The provider is mounted before apply resolves, so a session opened right after a reload no longer comes up without browser_* tools.
• Switching the source invalidates the tools of already-open browser sessions; open a new browser session before navigating.

• The state file now records the row snapshot it was written against, so a browser_source switch overrides later stale row values while genuine hand edits still win.

• browser_source tool: switch the visible browser at runtime between Microsoft Edge (default), Playwright's bundled Chromium, and an already running browser over CDP.

• Fixes the settings namespace lookup for include:<id> and points the browser preset persona at browser_source.
