fix: upload vault to cloud after desktop sign-in

When user signs in on desktop, the vault now gets synced to NeonDB
via the Vercel API. Previously, vaults created with the old binary
were only stored locally because direct PostgreSQL connection was
broken. Now signing in triggers a cloud upload so Android/PWA can
access the same vault.
