New Features

  • Native OBS Plugin: StreamNotifier is now a full C++/Qt OBS plugin instead of a Python script.
  • OBS Dock: Added a compact dock for quick status checks, enabling/disabling automatic sends, opening settings, and sending messages manually.
  • Tools Menu Settings: Added a full settings window under OBS Tools > StreamNotifier Settings.
  • Discord Components V2: Replaced the old embed system with Discord Components V2 support.
  • Visual Message Builder: Create containers, text blocks, separators, media galleries, sections, and link buttons without writing JSON manually.
  • Multiple Messages: Configure and manage multiple webhook messages.
  • Event Triggers: Send messages on stream start, stream stop, recording start, and recording stop.
  • Templates: Save, load, update, and reuse your own message templates.
  • Discohook Preview: Added a direct preview/export link so messages can be visualized in Discohook.
  • Portable OBS Support: Improved install support for portable OBS setups.

Improvements

  • Cleaner and more user-friendly dock design.
  • Better editor layout and sizing behavior.
  • Component list now updates properly when message text changes.
  • Improved validation and formatting for Discord Components V2 JSON.
  • Existing script-style settings can be migrated into the new plugin format.

  • StreamNotifier now uses the GNU General Public License v2.0.
