I added guidance for consequential workflow states within the existing finding,
requirement and acceptance records. It distinguishes displayed, pending/session
and persisted state; maps selected actions, guards and effects; and keeps
untested transitions and dependent revalidation visible.
I added a separate Pocket Ledger import-confirmation example with eight frozen
literal sequences. Four deliberately faulty wrappers pass ordinary workflows
before selected transition checks reject them. The example retains v1 import,
empty replacement, caller-copy and snapshot-isolation obligations.
Validation: 103 focused checks, 575 source and 575 extracted-package tests,
eight isolated installs and eight simulated exact-ZIP upgrades; manifest, link,
privacy and genuine skill checks pass. PR/branch installer matrices and CodeQL
passed attempt 1; Linux retains three existing skips. Non-author Companion
Coordinator review accepted the exact PR64 head/tree/ZIP; cumulative two author
plus one non-author passes, one finding fixed, zero unresolved.
The source-exposed same-author fixture uses synchronous fault injection and
same-process instance reopen. It does not establish original-app parity, model
understanding, process crash, concurrency, power-loss durability or live permission
behavior. Installer/updater/integration, historical fixtures, prior security and
conflict guidance, and PR63 standalone installed-reference regression are retained.
