Recast 0.8.0 — General agent & steerable translate

Added

• General Agent: type a plain-language task ("compress report.pdf", "find the biggest files in Downloads") and Recast works out the steps — asking you a quick question when something's unclear, and getting your OK before running any command.
• Translate is now steerable: it detects the language and translates to a target you choose, with a language picker right in the panel and a default in Settings.
