What's new

  • IP2CC config validation: accept bare getversion firmware replies (e.g. 710-1008-05), so IP2CC / IP2CC-P setup no longer times out waiting for a version,... prefix (#17)
  • iTach RECEIVER probe: skip set_IR RECEIVER / receiveIR probing on non–Global Connect gateways so IP2IR / WF2IR no longer log spurious warnings on every reload (#18)
  • Home Assistant 2027.8 prep: replace deprecated via_device with via_device_id when nesting remotes and IR buttons under the gateway (#19)

Notes

  • Receiver entities remain Global Connect only (Unified TCP API); emitters and Learn IR (pinhole) are unchanged on iTach / GC-100 / Flex
  • HACS zip_release asset: globalcache_itach.zip
