Official Release of NightCoder bot!

Use the following command to run (Ensure you're on the same folder as the jar file in your CLI): java -jar nightcoder.jar

Fixed the following:

1. GUI bugs found in issue 242.
2. CLI warnings for mismatched JavaFX version mentioned in issue 273.
3. Reduced the overall resolution size of the fixed window (As some devices have lower display resolution by default).
