Small Fixes [1.1.2]

This update does some internal updates and fixes an issue with serialization of machines.

CHANGED:

• update gradle version to 8.12
• change build.gradle to build.gradle.kts
• change to gradleup shadow
• change how maven is published (locally)

FIXED:

• Fix serialization issues with Furnace/Furnace Properties/Tile
