Complete original simulation data for SCDM, with preserved observation arrays, ground-truth graphs, and sequence partitions.

  • fMRI100: 100 ROIs, 200/50/50 sequences, 1,000 steps per sequence.
  • EEG100: 100 source-space ROIs, 200/50/50 sequences, 2,000 steps per sequence.
  • voxel1000: five 800-step trajectories, 1,000 observed variables, 7,142 directed edges.

Download instructions, full-budget single-seed configurations, array orientation, checksums, and dataset citation are in data/README.md. Read NPZ files with NumPy allow_pickle=False. These are simulated data, not recordings from human participants. Data arrays are distributed under the repository MIT license. Cite the SCDM paper and this versioned dataset release when reusing these benchmarks.

Single-seed outputs can differ from manuscript multi-seed aggregates. This release does not claim that all paper results have been reproduced.
