This release tags the reference implementation the draft maps to: sm-divergence 0.8.0 (commit `0429e71`) + the sm-resolver 0.2.0 kernel. Every normative element of the I-D is covered by the conformance corpus at this version — the present/absent/error classification (§4), the view contract (§5), the pure diff (§6), the vantage axis + source_equivocation (§§3, 6.3), observation-time confirmation (§7), the signed self-description (§8), and the Corroboration Record sealed on every verdict (§9).
