First release

The ShiftControl Skills repo goes public with one customer-facing skill.

Included skill

refresh-subscription-info — Scans the user's email for recent SaaS invoices, matches each to a ShiftControl application, builds a diff against current subscription values, and — only after explicit user approval — updates ShiftControl via the MCP server.
