Shimmer3 Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Support
Newer Shimmer3 devices now come with a BLE radio. We are slowly adding support to it. If this support is something you are looking for we suggest testing it out through the use of this FW version:-

After updating your firmware you will want to pair the BLE device first. When pairing using windows, this is distinguishable by seeing the PC label as shown below.
If the PC label does not show you will need to randomly pick one and check that it is a Bluetooth LE Device as shown below. Note for the time being we do not advice pairing both BLE and Bluetooth classic at the same time
Once that is done retrieve the mac address for said device.
Using the mac address, shimmer capture can be used to make the BLE connection
