First public release of Silly Quantum.
This started as a personal experiment: instead of picking a character mood with a plain random number, run a 6-qubit quantum circuit through QuantumA Core and let the circuit mathematics shape the output. No actual quantum hardware involved. The randomness comes from JavaScript, the transformation comes from real quantum circuit math (superposition, entanglement, RY rotations biased by conversation context).
