Stackbite 0.5.29: scrolling and worker launch fixes
This release brings the reviewed changes since 0.5.28 into the Windows and Linux packages.
- Fast terminal history scrolling survives paint and metadata publication races.
- Consistent Seat detail and overview data preserves drag selection.
- Legacy rendition decoding correctly displays reverse-video option text.
- Interactive worker launches receive one combined startup prompt.
- Provider adapters carry registered parent permission intent and reject unsupported restrictions.
- Codex hook review uses a vetted invocation and the packaged runtime closure.
- Exact acknowledgment is available for answered worker report questions.
The reported delivery_unknown incident, common provider status model, and simultaneous viewer geometry issues still require follow-up. Hook-review warning absence was verified in an owned offline startup; this does not establish callback or turn-completion success. Physical desktop pointer and real clipboard payload verification remain separate.

Windows and Linux native execution gates passed. Rust binaries passed two independent build comparisons on each platform. Package pins, npm tests, and complete archive inventories were checked before publication.
