Describe the bug
When using the Network tools in the Utils tab, I noticed that a custom scroll bar hadn't been set up there, even though everything else in the program works fine.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "Utils" section.
2. Click on 'Network tools'.
3. See problem at right side.

Expected behavior
“Network tools” should use the system UIStyle to replace the scrollbar.

• Installation type: .exe and .jar.
