Patch 0.1.3

In this version we addressed some immediate feedback and fixed several bugs.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where IVCS finger bones were generating but not parenting.
• Fixed the brows' rotation constraints being mismatched.
• Fixed an issue where n_hara did not move correctly with the core.
• Fixed an issue where chest bones did not work properly in mirror mode.
• Fixed Viera ears not working with some ear options.

Changes

• Added sliders to the tail to switch to FK
• Changed the Head Follow default value to 1.
• Reworked the tongue:
  • Now supports scaling.
  • Now behaves more like Rigify.
• Hair and accessories are now fully FK.
• Added j_kami
• Reworked the mouth rig:
  • The mouth now behaves more like Rigify.
  • Added a scaling option for mouth tweak and master bones.
  • Mouth-Lock now works.
