java-backend-toolkit v0.5.0 — Testing milestone.

Added

  • Rule test-thread-sleep — flags Thread.sleep in @Test files; advises Awaitility.
  • Scaffold skills integration-test (Testcontainers @SpringBootTest base with @ServiceConnection Postgres + Awaitility) and test-slice (@DataJpaTest / @WebMvcTest).
  • Reference references/testing.md — slices vs full context, Testcontainers, Awaitility.

This release also completes the JPA, web/REST, and security guardrail + scaffold set introduced across v0.2.0–v0.4.0 (18 rules, 11 skills total).
