Added a "Join our Discord" card in the Account Settings screen between the MAL row and the settings list, using the Discord vector icon. The invite link was updated from https://discord.gg/URnPQKCb to https://discord.gg/cv8Vtfft. Tapping the card opens the invite in the browser.
