v0.27.0 — the unfreeze release (the owner lift, gh#680)

The unfreeze release — the ADR-0177 domain freeze is lifted by the owner's explicit decision.

The freeze window (ADR-0177 §6) closes with this release. The lift is recorded by the owner in the gate thread gh#680 (the lift record comment 5851623870, 2026-09-27; the office-channel trace_id 1a0e06d976daf0c9); the ADR Status is updated by a naryad, not silently (№493, PR #752). All four §4 criteria carried their evidence at the lift (REALITY §6.12): the enum Type stages 0 and 1 (№467, №474), the TW/VM dedup 20/20 — one-way down from 60 (№462, №466), the debt gate 85/49/37, exit 0 (№468), and the FO-056 memory office E2E on 0.26.1 — 16/16 + 3/3 (№475).

What opens with the unfreeze:

• the media/vision dedup residue (the 20 names) and the physical crate split move forward per the №472 roadmap (docs/refactoring-split-plan.md);
• the domain work resumes under the standing strategic discipline — the gates and the ratchets stay, the freeze does not.
