Added a custom title bar. Replaced default system radios and checkboxes with custom. Added option to use custom endpoint. Added option to use tree-specific settings or global settings. Merged fix for browser mode.
Mac users must run in Terminal:
xattr -cr /Applications/Helm.app
Once after install.
