fix: Add missing branch for movie collection.

fix: No stall files during VFS generation for entities:

Disable the request cache for the 'get files' endpoints, so the VFS generation won't fail in edge cases where the series metadata has been updated right before a file is matched, preventing said file from being discovered.

Also removed the unused 'get files' endpoints. We can add them back if/when necessary.

fix: Add missing enablement checks.

chore: Remove double ;s.

fix: Add dedicated path for legacy refresh w/image refresh.
