fix: Simplify multi-series file checks:

Simplify the multi-series file checks to NOT use the API manager to inflate all the Show Info objects for ALL single-series IDs and series IDs for multi-series files to determine if we're going to keep the file or not. Instead, revert back to the older checks where we JUST checked the Shoko Series IDs without involving the API manager or Show Infos.
