Add Chat.d.ts with the s-* component shape (ChatElementProps, ChatElementEvents (ready), ChatElementMethods (contentWindow.postMessage), ChatElement, ChatProps) and regenerate generated_docs_data_v2.json (adds the five Chat types; no other drift). Chat had no published .d.ts on this version, so this is purely additive.
