  • Remove the America/Rainy_River override to Chicago so TZInfo follows IANA timezone data, which aligns northwestern Ontario with Manitoba on permanent UTC-5 from November 1, 2026. Map its Rails-compatible fallback to America/Bogota, matching Winnipeg.
  • Add translations for the four Canadian time zones in 13 more languages. #628
  • Add bn, ca, et, eu, gl, gu, ka, lv, mr, sr, ta, te, and uk to translation.yml target languages so the Translation Platform generates localizations of the region address data #611
