Dex File Manager — Added a new file management system where users can access downloaded images, videos, audio, and other files in one place. Users can also share, copy, and manage files and folders.

System Improvements
- Notifications & Media Controls — Fixed Notification button UI issues and improved the Refresh function for notifications and media controls.
- Browser — Fixed multiple browser-related issues across Windows, Linux, and macOS. (Ref - #104)
- Android Apps — Android apps are now hidden by default from the Android Dex interface. Apps can be opened using the button on the left side of the Boot Menu.
