I had issues using the P5CutinTool for unpacking/repacking through the form buttons for some reason, similar to what another Gamebanana commenter pointed out. Oddly, I also had issues repacking with the standalone P5CutinTool exe, but not unpacking. So I decided to implement a solution:
- Added a direct reference to P5CutinTool rather than creating a new process for it
For whatever reason, that solved the issue for me.
While I was at it, I took the liberty of adding a few other new features:
- Upgrade project to .NET 8 (required to reference P5CutinTool since this was formerly using .NET Framework)
- Uses a TableLayoutPanel to arrange form controls, which allows form resizing
- Added a Scale menu to allow changing image preview scale, in order to see the full image more easily
- Added DPI awareness to prevent form from resizing when opening a file at a higher DPI setting
- Added the form's icon to the EXE as well, so that it won't get confused with the P5CutinTool exe
