DrawFuture's SimInstance now checks the inputs file periodically, so it picks up it changed on a steer/time change that doesn't impact file length
AirTime can bruteforce some other target when air time is tied
Nosepos+ can change the ideal pitch

Various bugfixes and improvements, but no option to Hold Nosepos yet
