[Deprecation] Alertmanager Component

Background

With the successful merge of PR #7222, signoz's alertmanager component has become redundant. This removal aligns with our strategic goal of moving towards a single binary distribution and reducing the number of components needed to run SigNoz. This removal also aligns with our goal to create a multi-tenant SigNoz.

Tasks

• Add dot suppot by changing name scheme validation to utf-8
• Add support for msteamsv2 receiver
• Mark https://github.com/SigNoz/alertmanager as deprecated
• Remove alertmanager from https://github.com/SigNoz/charts
  - fix(signoz): fix alertmanager enabled clause charts#629 (support for enabling/disabling alertmanager)
• Update relevant documentation
